At LeaveWorks Consulting, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your consultation call(s) and packages. To ensure a fair and transparent process for both our clients and consultants, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Consultation Call:

To cancel or reschedule a consultation call, please notify us as soon as possible. You can do so by contacting our support team via email at support@leaveworksconsulting.com.

Cancellations made prior to the first consultation call will be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Consultation Packages:

You are eligible for a refunds for cancelled consultation packages as long as the cancellation is submitted prior to the first consultation call. To initiate a refund request, please email to support@leaveworksconsulting.com.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the total package price, minus any non-refundable fees or costs incurred by our business in preparing for your consultation.

If any consultation call has already taken place, the consultation package is considered to have started, and no refunds will be issued.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that certain fees, such as administrative fees or third-party charges, may be non-refundable.

These non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated to clients at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your written refund request.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
